Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-19
These terms govern the use of the Renderhane platform operated by Turgut Ürer. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Provider and Service
Service provider: Turgut Ürer
Address: Denizköşkler Mahallesi, Hasan Çelebi Sokak No: 19, Avcılar/Istanbul, Türkiye
Email: turgut.urer@gmail.com
Renderhane provides AI-assisted tools for visual, video, and 3D content creation. Features, credit cost, and estimated processing time are shown at purchase or before an operation.
2. Account Responsibilities
You must safeguard your account, promptly report unauthorised use, and provide accurate information. You may upload third-party content only when you have the necessary rights and permissions. The platform is not intended for minors to make paid transactions independently; parental or legal representative consent may be required.
3. Credits, Pricing, and Refunds
Credits are digital units used for platform operations. Current price, applicable taxes, package scope, and per-operation credit cost are shown before payment. Later price changes do not retroactively alter an already purchased balance.
Used credits are not refunded where the service was properly performed. This does not limit mandatory rights relating to defective or undelivered services, duplicate charges, or statutory withdrawal. If a system error prevents delivery, the relevant credits are restored or the operation is rerun. Free or promotional credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain rights in uploaded content. You grant a purpose-limited permission to host, technically transform, and send content to the AI provider selected for the requested service. You may use outputs subject to third-party rights and applicable model/provider terms. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, registrable, or free of every third-party right.
5. Prohibited Uses
You must not create unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material; infringe intellectual-property, personality, or privacy rights; bypass security controls; use automation, scraping, or excessive traffic that disrupts the service; or upload malware. Suspected violations may result in a paused job, removed content, or restricted account, and cooperation with authorities where legally required.
6. AI Outputs and Liability
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication or commercial use. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but maintenance, provider outages, or force majeure may cause interruptions. Nothing here excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, defective service, or mandatory consumer rights.
7. Changes and Termination
Material changes will be notified through an appropriate channel before taking effect. Changes do not retroactively remove rights arising from earlier purchases. You may close your account; statutory retention duties and consequences are described in the privacy and KVKK notices.
8. Consumer Rights and Withdrawal
For consumer transactions, Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply. Provider details, total price, key service characteristics, performance, and withdrawal/refund conditions must be shown before an order. Statutory exceptions may apply to digital services begun before the withdrawal period ends with the consumer's express request and acknowledgement. Such exceptions do not remove remedies for defective or undelivered services.
9. Requests and Disputes
Send support, cancellation, or refund requests to turgut.urer@gmail.com. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the applicable monetary thresholds. Turkish law applies, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules.
